Meet PRIYA…

Priya Walton is a mother, full spectrum doula, childbirth educator, and community leader whose presence is steeped with her decades of world travel, meditation studies, and hands-on community service.

Her passion to serve and uplift women, specifically mothers and families, led her to become a doula in 2005. She has now held sacred space at over a hundred births, is a certified Ayurvedic postpartum caregiver and chef, and has also been offering healing bodywork since 2003.

Priya is an Ayurvedic chef who has studied internationally, and magically blends her love of flavor with her knowledge of nutrition and herbalism.

Priya leverages her privilege and empowered voice to advocate for underserved populations and survivors of violence. As a member of the Texas Governor’s Task Force for Sexual Assault and work as a Gynecological Teaching Associate, she is actively revolutionizing the way the medical system approaches survivors of assault and implementing trauma-informed reproductive care for all women.

Priya is an avid gardener, folk herbalist, alchemist, kitchen witch and most notably a student of life who is walking the path of motherhood as a way to transformation.
