What we need in these modern times is sacred spaces to gather and remember our communal ways, where we circle, sing, feast, laugh, cry, and connect with our hearts, the Earth, and each other.

Every mama needs this!!!

Back by popular request, our annual retreat is carefully crafted with mother circles, rituals, songs, movement practices, immersion in nature, private healing sessions and Ayurvedic meals.

We have day passes and the option to upgrade to overnight, which includes breakfast + morning offerings.

We also encourage you to bring your child(ren) with you, as we’ll have onsite childcare available.

Imagine this…

You arrive on beautiful land and are greeted by a group of intergenerational women with aligned intentions and open hearts.

You find your seat upon the soft earth surrounded by a full spectrum of mothers, children, elders, and teens. Together we remember our connection to our bodies, each other and the Great Mother.

You’re offered organic Ayurvedic meals, prepared with love and designed to nourish you.

You flow into an afternoon of circling, sharing, mama-friendly yoga, receiving a healing session, and the time and space to soak in our cedar hot tub, journal and drop in deeper with yourself.

You deepen your connection to sisterhood through song circle and ritual, in sacred alliance with water and fire.

The evening wraps up in gratitude and celebration, with an ecstatic dance under the stars where we share the joy of being alive!

Calling all the Motherbirds… we welcome you back to the deep well of your own heart.

You deserve this!

WHAT our motherbirds ARE SAYING…

“Motherbird was such a magical space to be seen, heard and connect with mama's all living in a similar season of life. I was amazed at how quickly I could drop in after a non-stop work week and so much being "on" in life. What a powerful gift to allow a space for mama's to drop in and be with their experience, and to find so much love and kinship in others. This retreat was truly powerful beyond words - I've already signed up for the next one!”

-Abbi Miller

“This retreat was a welcoming into the village. A re-membering of what it feels like to sit with the sisterhood in joy, grief, vulnerability and compassion.”

-Ashley Salfelder

“Kate + Priya and the whole Nest + Bowl team can nourish you from top to bottom // inside and out. They do so through dance, song, delicious foods, warm teas, big hugs, and genuine smiles. I had no idea the healing that happens when maiden + mother + crone gather together. I am so grateful to have witnessed and been a part of such a gathering. Thank you all.”

-Erin Watson
